Twenty-seven years of getting the numbers right, and telling clients what they mean.
PS Partnerships started as a two-room practice above a printing press near Nariman Point in 1999. Today four partners and a team of eighteen handle audit, tax and advisory work for over three hundred businesses across Mumbai and beyond — still signing every file personally.
From a two-room practice to a four-partner firm
CA Savita Pillai and CA Meera Subramaniam met while articling at the same Mumbai firm in the early 1990s and set up on their own in 1999 as Pillai & Subramaniam Associates. As more clients asked them to handle taxation, ROC filings, and advisory work alongside audit, the practice reorganised as a formal partnership in 2010 and took the name it carries today — PS Partnerships.
Founded above a printing press near Nariman Point, with one articled clerk and a single tax client.
Empanelled for the first time as statutory branch auditors for a nationalised bank circle.
Opened a second desk in Andheri to serve the growing cluster of manufacturing and export clients.
Crossed 300 retained clients and completed the firm's first ICAI peer review with no adverse remarks.

Four habits we don't compromise on
Partner-led, not just partner-branded
A partner reviews every audit file and every tax position before it leaves the office — not a manager signing on their behalf.
Deadlines on our calendar too
Filing dates go into our internal tracker the day an engagement starts, so a client reminder is never the first we hear of a due date.
Plain-language memos
Advisory notes are written for the person running the business. Section references sit in footnotes, not headlines.
Continuing education, every quarter
The full team sits through a quarterly update on amendments to tax law, Ind AS and company law — no learning on a live file.
